ABOUT LUSTER TO ALIVE

Hey there! I'm a solo indie developer behind LUSTER TO ALIVE. By day, I work a regular job — but nights and weekends? That's when the magic happens. I pour my heart into building games and apps that I genuinely love creating.

So far, I've released mobile games like Pets Hospital Simulation and Super Commando on both Android and iOS. Each project is a labor of love, built from scratch with care and lots of coffee.

I take your privacy seriously — probably more than big companies do. Your data is only collected when absolutely necessary, and I will never sell or share it with anyone. Period.

AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers fine tune our product. We do not gather any data from the child other than first name and reading age. This is only stored locally on the device and is optional. It never leaves the device, and will be erased if the user deletes the app.

DOES THE APPLICATION COLLECT PRECISE REAL TIME LOCATION INFORMATION OF THE DEVICE?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device. if LUSTER TO ALIVE STUDIO is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you.

To provide and maintain our Service.

To notify you about changes to our Service.

To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so.

To provide customer support.

To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service.

DOES THE APPLICATION USE GOOGLE OR FACEBOOK LOGIN?

This Application allows users to sign in using Google Login and Facebook (Meta) Login for authentication purposes. When you choose to log in using these services, we may receive certain basic profile information from the respective provider.

This information may include your name, email address, profile picture, and a unique user identifier provided by Google or Meta. We use this information solely to authenticate users and to provide core application functionality.

We do NOT access your passwords, post on your behalf, track your activity outside the Application, or share your personal data with third parties. All data is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The Application may also collect basic user information provided by third-party authentication services such as Google Login and Facebook (Meta) Login, including name, email address, profile picture, and a unique user identifier, solely for account authentication and management.

WHAT ARE MY OPT-OUT RIGHTS?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. DATA RETENTION POLICY, MANAGING YOUR INFORMATION

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to one year and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at lta@lta-indie.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.

YOU HAVE RIGHT TO DATA DELETION

You can request us to delete the personal data we have collected on you in the past 12 months.

We fully recognize you right to deletion, however, we would like to note that in some cases we are obliged to keep your personal data for certain period of time. For instance, if we need to provide services to you, detect or resolve issues security or functionality-related issues, comply with the law, conduct research in the public interest, safeguard the right to free speech or carry out any actions for internal purposes that you might reasonably expect. If we do not have obligations to perform any of the above actions, we can delete your personal information at your request.

DATA DELETION REQUEST

You may request Luster To Alive Studio to erase without undue delay your personal data when it is no longer necessary for Luster To Alive Studio to retain such data.

In order for your data to be erased you can contact Luster To Alive Studio by lta@lta-indie.com with request.

SECURITY

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application.

Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

CHANGES

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy.
