NOT JUST A PORTFOLIO.

I started alone. No team, no funding, no connections in the industry. Just a laptop, a day job as a Full Stack Developer, and a stubborn belief that I could build something of my own.

I taught myself publishing, marketing, monetization — the hard way. I licensed games from SellMyApp, commissioned art from CraftPix, hired developers. Then I did the real work: customize, fix bugs, integrate SDKs, optimize monetization, and ship across three platforms.

Every product was a lesson. Every failure was a step forward. And now — with full-stack skills and real-world publishing experience — I'm building LTA Framework, my own game development framework from scratch.

The long-term goal? Build a real indie game company. Not overnight. Not with shortcuts. One product at a time.

FROM LESSONS TO LAUNCH
THE DAY JOB
Working as a Full Stack Developer — coding both server and client for companies. Building real production systems every day. But the dream was always to ship my own product.
THE 100M VND LESSON
A student once trusted me with publishing their game, Craft Runner. I gave it my best shot, investing in marketing and user acquisition — but in the end, I spent around 100 million VND without turning a profit. Still, it wasn't a loss in every sense. The experience taught me valuable lessons about ad strategy, user acquisition, and market timing — insights that will stay with me far longer than the money spent.
THE MARKETING LAB
Built a system: license games from SellMyApp, commission art from CraftPix, hire devs, then handle SDK integration, monetization, and publishing myself. Each launch = another lesson.
100K+ DOWNLOADS
Pets Hospital Simulation crossed 100K+ downloads on Google Play. Validation that the marketing and monetization knowledge was paying off.
STEAM DEBUT
A student trusted me with their project — Dino Run Puzzle. I polished the game, fixed bugs, added content, and published it on Steam with a demo + DLC strategy. It didn't turn a profit either — but it marked a meaningful milestone: my first PC game on Steam. A door that once felt far away was now open.

Purchased a licensed AI SaaS source code, then customized, configured, and deployed LTAI.ai. But the real goal wasn't just launching a product — it was learning how to operate and scale a SaaS business: server management, payment integration, user support, and building a community around a product.
FIRST LIVE OPS GAME
Launched Human Vs Alien War — my first live service game. Sourced from SellMyApp, but this time the goal isn't just publishing — it's learning how to operate a game with a real community. Built the full ecosystem: Facebook fanpage, community group, Discord server. Learning community building, live ops, player retention, and how to monetize through an active player base. The real flagship title comes next.
NOW — THE REAL CHAPTER
An AI SaaS platform running. 14+ games & apps shipped. Marketing lessons absorbed. Full-stack skills sharpened daily at work. Now developing LTA Framework — my own game development framework, written from scratch. The tools are ready. The real games are coming.
